Gurjit Singh Jhajj

The capitalists at Denciti postponed their public meeting on the redevelopment of Kelowna Springs to Thursday, November 20, 2025. It took place at the Kelowna Springs clubhouse at the golf course, 480 Penno Road. Its said one man in particular has an interest in the pending rezoning of the golf course and that is Khalistani KTF (Khalistan Tiger Force) brass Gurjit Singh Jhajj. The major league money launderer for the Sinaloa Cartel through Sami El-Helou has a vested interest in a positive outcome. Its said there are many tens of millions of drug money involved in the project.
Overshadowed by synthetic drug producer Bir Singh Sandher, yet a major league KTF money launderer in the Okanagan, Gurjit Singh Jhajj is behind Kysa Investments Ltd. That's the vehicle for the ownership of Jhajj's Subways.

A sudden rush to hire multiple 'Sandwich Artists', with 'Advancement Opportunities' occured in Vernon this spring. Its said the Punjabi fake student mill in the Okanagan has started to break down, thus explaining the need to hire Canadians instead @$17.40 per hour.
The status of Gurjit Singh Jhajj's ambitious hotel expansion isn't clear. His involvement in the Kelowna Springs development is becoming more obvious.
Virtually certainly Jhajj is involved with 480 Penno Road along with Denciti with Bruce Investments Ltd and P 251 Enterprises Ltd. He should have been suspected behind another golf course purchase all along. The Kelowna Springs proposal/steal was submitted by Denciti to Kelowna council in June. Few expect anything other than a rubber stamp approval from Khalistani bought pink people on Kelowna council.

"Ajay, owner of Durali Properties, and Andy, our Director of Finance, toured the newly planted Durali farm on Old Vernon Road in Kelowna this week."
Stick up bum Ajay Singh Jhajj posted photos of himself on LinkedIn. Employee Tobi McNeil chimed in "Freshly planted!"
Kelowna councillor and Jhajj employee Maxine DeHart spewed sweet nothings about the nothings. "OMG so exciting. When I get back from Ottawa will figure out what we should do in the column. Congratulations." She has apparently excused her excited self from the upcoming Kelowna council vote on the adjacent 'Kelowna Springs' development.
Ravinder Nijjar touts Ajay Singh Jhajj
The incestuous relationship betwix the various Khalistani can't be missed. They advertise it openly. Here. One common theme is they ALL tout their paid off white boy B.C. Conservative MLA Gavin Dew.
Ravinder Singh Nijjar of Canco (brother of slain KTF boss Hardeep Singh Nijjar) touted newly incorporated DPG Developments Ltd., owned by Ajay Singh Jhajj. Ajay Jhajj is son of KTF heavyweight Gurjit Singh Jhajj. (Durali Properties) Ajay is completing a new home build on LonePine. He and DaDee have designs on another industrial property in Salmon Arm.

The Jhajj's ‘5460 Anderson Way’ is ready for live one buyers. It has 8 units from 1,912 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft. 5 of the smaller units have been sold with 3 remaining units still up for grabs, priced at over $1.4m. Cops best check for drug labs. The next project of the Khalistani absolutely appears redevelopment of the Kelowna Springs golf course on Old Vernon Road. That has been submitted for approval of a complaint Kelowna City council.
